Long Term Management

If you’re worried about a particular spot, and cannot wait for a full body skin check we provide an urgent spot check services. Early detection leads to timely treatment and minimise long term complications

We highly recommend a full body skin check, as it often reveals serious skin cancers that may go unnoticed by the patient. During the check, we also record any spots that need monitoring over time.

We recommend total body photography alongside a full skin check to help monitor for new or changing spots, using the latest artificial intelligence technology for greater accuracy and early detection

We perform skin biopsies with great care to ensure accurate diagnosis while minimising scarring. Depending on the lesion, we use techniques such as punch, shave, curette, incisional, or excisional biopsies.

We specialise in skin cancer surgery. These include elliptical excisions, flap closures (where nearby skin is carefully repositioned to reduce tension and improve healing), and skin grafts, where healthy skin is taken from another area to repair the site.

We also remove non-cancerous lesions such as skin lumps, cysts, and perform procedures like wedge resection for nail conditions, always aiming for the best medical and cosmetic outcomes.

Skin cancer treatment isn’t always surgical — some conditions can be managed with topical creams, cryo therapy or minimally invasive procedures like curettage and cautery, depending on the type and stage of the lesion.

Some skin conditions can be treated using light therapy, where either natural or artificial light is combined with a special cream that makes the skin more sensitive to light. This can target specific spots or larger areas, depending on your needs.

Our care doesn’t end with the removal of skin cancer. We are committed to ongoing support and provide regular, thorough skin checks to monitor for melanoma and other skin cancers, helping ensure early detection and long-term peace of mind.
